OUR ACTIVITIES 

NAKOSS HANGOUT

“Association Hangout” (a social or professional gathering). These events allow students across the state, former members, or invited guests to relax, network, and exchange ideas.

ASSOCIATION SITTING

An organized gathering of members, decision-makers, electoral committee of the association. These meetings are held to conduct official business, elect leaders, vote on organizational policies/matter arising, and network within the association.

NAKOSS VIRSUAL MEETING

NAKOSS virtual meeting often on WhatsApp platform, streamlining your agenda to prevent screen fatigue, and maximizing participant engagement. This focused on clear communication and utilizing built-in tools like Q&A, polling, and document sharing to ensure a productive and inclusive engagement.

NAKOSS-OAU

MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS

To be a bona fide member of the National Association of Kogi State Students (NAKOSS_OAU), you must meet the following core requirements:

  • State of Origin: You must be a true indigene of Kogi State, Nigeria.
  • Student Status: You must be a registered student of Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) Ile-Ife.
  • Proof of Identity: You will typically be required to present your official School ID card, Admission Letter, and Local Government Identification Certificate.
  • Compliance & Dues: You must comply with the rules and regulations of your institution, shun social vices such as cultism and examination malpractice, and be up-to-date on any required check-off or association dues (which are sometimes deducted from state bursaries).
